Shawnee County selected CFS to redesign the original parking configurations and add 1,000 parking spaces to the complex. This comprehensive project involved resurfacing all existing parking lots, designing two new lots, and reconfiguring water and electrical hookups for the overnight stalls. Additionally, the project introduced a new entrance to the Livestock Pavilion and provided permanent stables for horses and livestock.

 

Our scope of work included civil site design, parking analysis and design, comprehensive stormwater management, utility coordination, and public involvement.
