St. PIUS X 
FOOTBALL STADIUM & ALUMNI CENTER

CFS collaborated with St. Pius X High School on a comprehensive project that encompassed site planning and design for several key improvements: a turf football field, a parking lot, an alumni center, and the installation of necessary landscaping and utility infrastructure.

 

CFS's responsibilities spanned conducting surveys, providing geotechnical services, and designing the storm drainage and parking facilities. We also managed all landscaping and civil engineering elements. Our team ensured close coordination with the city, handled the MDNR permit application, and developed the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
