Mr. Williams has worked with CFS in the KCMO Site Development Department as a project engineer, project manager and associate over the last 17 years. Luke’s expertise include site, water and sewer design for both municipal and private clients. As a leader at CFS, Luke has focused his passion towards high design for the following Kansas City metropolitan area including:

In his new role as Senior Associate, Luke will use his experience collaborating with private and municipal clients to bring their vision to fruition. Luke will continue building the firm’s relationships and ensure the delivery of quality services that are the best in the industry.
