2021 Promotions Aaron Gaspers

Aaron graduated from the University of Kansas in 1999 and has over 21 years of experience managing a variety of projects for private and municipal agencies. Since joining CFS in 2012, Aaron has served many roles including infrastructure designer and project manager with his most recent promotion to Regional Office Manager in Lawrence, Kansas. His weekly tasks include business development, client liaison, coordinator of survey and geotechnical services, designer for civil / infrastructure projects, and client representative during construction services. His design expertise includes roadway design, creative stormwater design and associated green/gray solutions, site specific grading, infrastructure systems including both water distribution and wastewater conveyance, multimodal solutions including sidewalks, bike & pedestrian trails, erosion control, permitting, project management and construction management. His primary clients include the City of Eudora, City of Lawrence, Douglas County as well as numerous private clients for residential, commercial, industrial and office development projects. Aaron routinely juggles management of multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating confidence, openness and professionalism establishing trust with his long-term clients.
