CFS Engineers served as the lead engineering firm for the newMercedes-Benz showroom and service center at Carter Avenue and 67th Street. Designed with a major focus on electric vehicle servicing, the facility features climate-controlled indoor service drives and delivery bays that protect both vehicles and customers from Kansas City’s seasonal extremes.

Our team delivered comprehensive site planning services, including development plans, surveying, geotechnical analysis, traffic studies, KDOT coordination, water resource engineering, utility coordination, and permitting. Additionally, our field services team provided full-time special inspections and material testing throughout construction.
