KU Gateway District Phase 1

Cook, Flatt & Strobel Engineers recently provided special inspections and materials testing for the first phase of the KU Gateway District Project. The current phase includes the completed renovations of the Anderson Family Football Complex and the ongoing rebuild of the southwest, west, and north sides of David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Our team is also providing construction administration for the 55,000-square-foot convention and conference center in the stadium’s north bowl. Inspections include structural steel and precast panels and work on utilities, pavements, retaining walls, and elevators.
