FAMILY PARK

CFS, in collaboration with HTK and LSA, designed the first new park in Shawnee County in 50 years. This landmark community space features an inclusive destination playground welcoming children of all ages and abilities, a scenic walking roundabout, and 16 state-of-the-art post-tension pickleball courts. The park also includes a spacious 3/4-acre great lawn for field activities, along with a shelter house and restroom facilities.

CFS provided comprehensive civil engineering services, including surveying, site development, structural design, geotechnical engineering, stormwater management, and master plan assistance.
