CFS Engineers designed a new complete street connection that links Missouri Route 58 to 163rd Street. This project, which supports improvements to Hawk Ridge Park and provides access to new residential developments, includes a 2-lane asphalt roadway with curb and gutter, enclosed storm drainage, a 10-foot wide multi-use path, a 5-foot concrete sidewalk, street lighting, and a water main extension.
