CFS Engineers collaborated with Schwerdt Design Group to complete the only Kansas building designed for professional development. The project involved refurbishing a former elementary school, which now offers a 37,000-square-foot space comprising classrooms, breakout rooms, a large conference room, and four additional conference rooms.

 

CFS added a 270-stall parking lot and site grading around the building. A large detention basin was designed to accommodate the increased drainage from the parking lot.

 

CFS also provided engineering design services, including grading, utility, and site plans, as well as construction administration services for the project.
