CFS Engineers, in collaboration with Ellison-Auxier Architects, was selected to provide professional engineering services for the new 58,000-square-foot, classically designed library. This new facility will house the college's entire book collection, expand student study areas, and introduce new classrooms, academic program spaces, and a coffee shop. Our team's responsibilities included site planning, permitting, stormwater study and design, surveying, and geotechnical analysis. With construction underway, our field services team is providing full-time special inspections and materials testing.
